Often, this prevents both eyes from working together as a team. Therefore, the objective of this double vision eye exercise is to get both eyes working as a team as you focus on an object.
To perform this technique pick out any random object in the distance. For example, at home, you can focus on a distant object in your houses such as a door or a window or a picture on the wall. Before you look at the object relax your eyes and then focus on the distant object in a calm and relaxed way. Do this in a manner that allows both of your eyes to focus together on that object. Perform 7 -10 repetitions of this eye exercise to improve the teamwork of your eyes and remove eye strain.
