After wearing contacts and glasses for 20+ years, I know how frustrating it is to put up with the blurry vision. Not being able to see clearly unless you reach for your glasses or put in your contacts sucks!
Over the 20 years of me wearing glasses and contacts, my vision continued to get worse.
Visiting my optometrist would always bring the bad news of me needing a stronger eye prescription. I had always worn contacts and glasses to correct my vision, so updating my eyewear was not inexpensive. It annoyed me and I always wondered what I could do to stop my eyes from getting worse.
A few years ago I started to hear about people correcting their eye vision naturally.
“Increase eye vision naturally…is this for real,” was my very first response!
To this day, I always try to keep an open mind and remind myself that my way of thinking is certainly not the only way of thinking. In my experience, (and this is not just about my vision) if I can keep an open mind, I usually end up learning something new.
I started reading and researching a lot of information online and at my local book stores and the library. I learned that blurry vision and bad eyesight is a growing problem in developed countries. Approximately 75% of the population uses corrective eyewear. Also, there was significant evidence all around the world that eyesight can be improved naturally. Simple eye exercises, slight changes in diet, and important eye relaxation techniques, if done regularly, can improve eyesight.
The more I read the more intrigued I became. I thought “what do I have to lose… I’ll give it a try”.
I purchased an inexpensive guide which gave me great information as to what others were using to increase eye vision naturally.
Simple changes in diet –
Eating cold-water fish such as salmon, cod, and haddock increases omega 3 fatty acids. These omega 3’s treat macular degeneration and help keep vision clear.
Egg yolks increase the lutein and zeaxanthin in your system which helps fight eye disease and deterioration and green leafy vegetable high in carotenoids is also beneficial to eye sight.
Vitamins C and E help protect your retina while Bilberry containing anthocyanosides helps night vision and slows down retinal deterioration.
If you’re reading this article it’s probably because you feel exactly like I did. If you’re fed up with blurry vision, glasses, contacts and are hesitant to go ahead with Lasik Eye Surgery, I understand… because I was there.
I wanted to write this article to let you know that natural eye vision techniques do work. I think a lot has to do with your mindset if you believe it will work, and also the time and commitment your willing to put into doing the exercises and taking care of your eyes.
It has worked wonders for my eyesight and has increased eyesight for many others, but I suggest you do your due diligence and investigate the options for yourself!
